HOMEWARES SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping for standard items is a flat rate of $12.95.
Large orders may attract a higher shipping fee. 
Furniture, Mirrors, Wall Art and other oversized or delicate items will need to have the delivery cost individually calculated. Please contact us at hello@whitegrovehouse.com.au. Please include the item(s) you are interested in and the delivery postcode.
Some pieces shown online are available for instore collection only. This information will be shown on the product page.

White Grove House aims to ship all homewares and fashion items purchased online within 2 business days. This time may be longer during busy periods. Shipping times are location dependent and are estimated to be between 2 - 10 business days.  However, we advise that you please allow up to 10 days for all deliveries. 

Delivery time is dependent on a number of factors beyond our control. Please allow extra time for your order during busy retail periods (eg mid-November and the end of December). All items ship from our store at Clayfield, Brisbane.

We use Sendle as our preferred courier. 

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, parcel lockers or locked bags. If you place an order with one of these as your delivery address you will be contacted to provide a different address. If you are unable to do so, White Grove House reserves the right to cancel your order. 

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled. Please contact us if you have any problems with your online order. 

Due to COVID-19 all parcels are shipped with “Authority to Leave”. If you are not home to receive your order the Courier will, at their discretion, either leave your parcel somewhere safe, or leave a card with details to contact them.
Post liability stuff

We currently only ship within Australia.

All prices shown are in Australian Dollars. GST is included in the displayed price.
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard or Afterpay.

We take every care to ensure images shown on the website accurately represent the items you receive. Please be aware that colours may display differently on different devices.  

DELIVERY OF ALCOHOL
Liquor licensing states: That in order to send alcohol, it must be accompanied by flowers, plants or gifts.

Orders including alcohol, will NOT be left unattended when being delivered, a recipient MUST be on location to receive the order.

It is the customers responsibility to be sure that a person of 18 years or more will be present to receive the order. White Grove Studio will not deliver an order with alcohol to anyone under 18 years (if redelivery is required due to this, redelivery fees will apply). You must be over 18 years of age to use this website to purchase any alcohol products.

DISCLOSURE OF CUSTOMER/CLIENT INFORMATION
White Grove House and White Grove Studio will not sell or release your personal information to any third parties under any circumstances (unless required by law or in cases where unlawful activity, such as fraudulent credit card use, is suspected).

White Grove House and White Grove Studio will share personal customer information only with our representatives and service providers for the limited purpose of fulfilling customer orders.

White Grove Studio holds the right to amend Terms and Conditions when required, these amendments become effective immediately.
